Raw Mango and Coconut Sorbet

Mangos are not called “the king of fruits” for nothing. This yellow deliciousness is rich in potassium, vitamin C, vitamin A, and dietary fibers, and it contains more than 10 different powerful antioxidants. Not to mention, this raw mango sorbet is both easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients

2 servings

  • 2 mango
  • 6 table spoons of coconut milk
  • Lemon juice (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the mangos. Put in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  2. Use your food processor to mix mango until smooth. Stop, add the coconut milk and squeeze in some lemon juice. Process for 1 more minute.
