Dr. Alona Pulde is a board-certified practitioner of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and Family Medicine Physician. Dr. Matthew Lederman is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician and Certified Nonviolent Communication Candidate. They specialize in reversing disease using nutrition and lifestyle medicine and created the lifestyle-improvement program used in their private medical center and Whole Foods Market Medical & Wellness Centers.
They were featured in the film Forks Over Knives, lectured for eCornell, and co-authored the New York Times Bestseller Forks Over Knives Plan, Forks Over Knives Family, and Keep It Simple, Keep It Whole.

Andrew is a Behavior Change expert. He studied under leading Behavior Scientist Dr. BJ Fogg at Stanford University, advises research in the Behavior Design Lab, lectures on behavior change for wellbeing, and founded Behavior Design Collective to consult companies on how to change behaviors sustainably at scale.

Christina is a nationally recognized food and nutrition expert, strategist, and educator! She has extensive experience and recently worked with the Google Food program as the Global Director of Food Choice Architecture and Nutrition. She is excited to partner and expands opportunities with Lifesum to empower and simplify health for their members.
The in-house Lifesum nutritionists study and practice all aspects of diet, healthy living, exercise, and overall wellbeing. Food science & nutritionist
Signe is a food science and nutrition specialist and works as an in-house nutritionist at Lifesum. She helps the Lifesum community understand food and the effect it has on our physical and mental health. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in food science and nutrition and enjoys helping people make healthier eating choices.
Lisa is a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) with over 15 years of experience in nutrition, fitness, and mental health coaching and education. She studied Foods and Nutrition at San Diego State University and earned a Master of Science in Holistic Nutrition at Hawthorn University. She is dedicated to helping people implement healthy habits.
Marketing - Nutritionist
Jackie is nationally known as an evidence-based nutritionist, coach, and educator. Her expertise ranges from biochemistry to sustainable fat loss and improving diets for athletes. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition Science from Karolinska Institute and later continued her studies in sports nutrition, psychology, and marketing. Jackie started her career as a nutritionist within the supplement industry and later joined Lifesum's marketing team to help educate partners and influencers.
Product Manager — Nutrition
Kajsa has been with Lifesum for years, first working as a dietitian (RD), then as a Product Manager of Nutrition, and now takes a leading role as a Product Owner, overseeing ideas and concepts become a reality to make members' lives easier. She has her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Registered Dietitian (RD), and works to help others eat healthier.

Frida worked as an in-house nutritionist at Lifesum before becoming a Product Owner for the company, developing and overseeing ideas become tools, features, and releases. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Foodservice and nutrition at Uppsala University.
Valeria specializes in diet and nutrition with knowledge of nutrition from a molecular level to a public health perspective. She has expertise in how a diet affects the body, energy metabolism, and how nutrition can treat and prevent common public health diseases such as obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.
