Overnight Blueberry Oats

Overnight oats are all the rage for healthy and clean eating. Try these blueberry oats for your breakfast tomorrow!

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 4 dl / 1 cup oats 
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 8 dl / 2 cups water 
  • 140 g / 1⅓ cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Add oats, salt and water in a bowl and stir.
  2. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the blueberries and stir again.
  4. Serve with some extra blueberries or any other fruit/berries you prefer
