Easy Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 120g chicken fillet
  • 50g yellow onion
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp ajvar relish
  • 80g light quark
  • 1 vegetable stock cube
  • 70g brown rice

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the package.
  2. Slice the chicken into strips and slice the onion.
  3. Add oil to a pan and fry the chicken and onion, then add ajvar, quark and the stock cube. Let it simmer, season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with the rice.
