2 oz / 50g rice noodles
5.5 oz / 150g tofu
7 oz / 200g broccoli florets
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 cup / 30g baby spinach
Lime (optional)
Cilantro (optional)
Garlic (optional)
Ginger (optional)
Red chili pepper (optional)
Instructions

Boil the noodles according to directions.

Cut the tofu into smaller pieces. Add oil into a frying pan and fry the tofu and broccoli, adding soy sauce and optional seasoning (garlic, lime, ginger, and chili)

Serve with the noodles and baby spinach.

Give it some extra flavor with cilantro and lime!
