200g Store-bought tomato sauce arrabbiata
3 eggs (160g)
40g leek
50g frozen green peas
60g red lentils

Boil the lentils according to the instructions on the package.

Add the tomatoes, leek and peas into a pan or a casserole with a lid. When it’s hot, crack the eggs on top and add some salt and optional spices, like chili flakes and ground cumin.
