  • 30g spinach
  • 30g slices turkey 
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggs, salt and pepper.
  2. Slice the turkey, add oil to a frying pan and fry the spinach and turkey for a few minutes.
  3. Add the egg mixture into the pan and fry it for a few minutes, Ready to serve!
