½ red onion
200 g / 70 oz zucchini
1 tbsp olive oil
800 g / 28 oz tomatoes (8pcs)
150 g / 5,3 oz feta cheese
salt
pepper
basil
chili flakes
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 190°C / 383°F.

Chop the onion and zucchini into small pieces.

Fry onion and zucchini in olive oil.

Cut the top off the tomatoes and scoop out the inside with a spoon, adding it to the zucchini and onion in the frying pan and let it simmer for a couple of minutes.

Break the feta cheese into pieces and mix with the sauce.

Add salt, pepper and your favorite spices – fresh basil and chili flakes are a perfect match!

Stuff the tomatoes with the sauce and replace the top of the tomatoes.

Leave in the oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
