Egg, Sweet Potato and Paneer Bowl

This recipe is the same amount of tasty and healthy. Paneer is an awesome source of deliciousness and the egg a great source of protein.

Ingredients

  • 100g paneer
  • 120g sweet potato
  • 80g baby champignons
  • 50g sugar snaps
  • ½  Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 egg small
  • 10 g Microgreens
  • ½ tsp Black sesame seeds
  • ⅛ tsp Garlic powder
  • ⅛ tsp Chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice the potato into large pieces. Place on a non-stick tray, add salt, garlic powder and black pepper and place in the oven for 20 min at 180°C.
  2. Cut the paneer and fry it with half the amount of coconut oil and set aside
  3. Fry the mushrooms and sugar snaps on high heat in the remaining  coconut oil, salt and black pepper
  4. Boil the egg to the texture you prefer
  5. Put the dish together and sprinkle some chilli flakes, microgreens and sesame seeds on top.
