Salmon Bowl with Red Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 1.3 lb / 600 g salmon 4 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Wasabi Mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup / 2 dl (200 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon wasabi
  • 1 tablespoon japanese soy
  • Salad
  • 7 oz / 200 g red cabbage
  • 7 oz / 200 g iceberg lettuce
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 radishes
  • 1 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Set the oven to 400°F.
  2. Place the salmon in an ovenproof dish, brush the salmon with oil and cover with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Place the salmon in the oven for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix together mayonnaise, wasabi, and soya.
  4. Cut the cabbage, iceberg lettuce and the radishes thin. Cut the avocado into smaller pieces. Cut the lime into four wedges. Add salt and chili flakes on to the salad.
