Pork Chop with Cauliflower and Herb Vinegar

Cut carbs with this easy pork chop and cauliflower meal. It's perfect if you're on the keto diet or a low-carb diet.

Ingredients

  • 1 pork chop 5.3 oz / 150 g
  • 1 serving LCHF-friendly vinegar 
  • 1 pinch fresh herbs 
  • 6.2 oz / 175 g cauliflower 
  • 2 tablespoons butter 
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Mix the vinaigrette with the fresh spices. 
  2. Divide the cauliflower and boil until it softens in lightly salted water.
  3. Season the meat with optional spices and fry in butter in a frying pan.
  4. Add some water to the frying pan.
  5. When the cauliflower has become soft, drain the water and mix with a rod mixer.
  6. Add butter and grated parmesan.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve all on a plate and pour over the sauce and vinegar.
