Pineapple Hawaiian Poke Bowl

Ingredients

2 servings

  • 1 Pineapple
  • 200g fresh salmon fillet
  • 200g Seaweed noodles
  • 80g edamame beans
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  • 50g fennel
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Open the pineapple in half, remove the middle of the pineapple, turning it into a bowl. You can use a knife to help, cutting piece, by piece.
  2. Hydrate the seaweed noodle, in cold water for 10min.
  3. Cook the edamame beans in boiling water for 5-8 min.
  4. Cut the fennel in thin slices
  5. Cut the salmon fillet, without the skin, in cubes. Take away fishbones, if there is any left.
  6. In a bowl, mix the salmon cubes, with soy sauce, the spring onions, and sesame seeds.
  7. Place the noodles on the bottom of the pineapple and top with the other ingredients.
