Pasta Beef and Peppers

This beef and bell peppers pasta is one of our high-protein recipes that will help you get healthier and build muscle.

  • 140g beef (thin and lean) 
  • 120g red pepper
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 150g Store-bought tomato sauce arrabbiata  
  • 60g whole wheat pasta
  • 30g baby spinach 


  1. Cook the pasta according to the package. Drain the water, adding the spinach and stir in the pot.
  2. Cut the beef and the red pepper into slices.
  3. Add oil to a frying pan and fry the beef and peppers on high heat for a few minutes.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Serve with pasta and, if you like basil, serve it with lots of it!
  6. The best thing with whole wheat pasta is the fibres! They will keep you full longer 🙂
