Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp heavy cream
  • ¼ tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp cottage cheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk all ingredients except the cottage cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low heat and start frying those bad boys in butter.
  3. Top them with cottage cheese, and some cinnamon.
  4. Tip! Add some orange zest.
