150g cod fillets
160g potatoes
50g leek
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp tomato puree
450ml water
1 fish stock cube
100g green peas

Slice the potatoes and leek.

Cut the cod into smaller pieces.

Add oil to a casserole and add the potatoes, leek, tomato puree, fish stock cube and water.

Bring to the boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes. Add salt, pepper and some optional spices like basil and thyme. Add the peas and fish and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
