Bring salted water to a boil and add the haricots verts for 2 minutes. Drain the water and rinse the haricot verts in cold water.
Thinly slice the red onion and cut the tomatoes in half. Mix the red onion and tomatoes together with beans, oregano, olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt.
Grill the tofu on a grill or in a grill pan on high heat. Serve with the salad.
