6.3 oz / 180 g rice noodles
14 oz / 400 g firm tofu
1 1/2 cup / 3 dl (300 ml) bean sprouts
2 1/4 cup / 5 dl (500 ml) shredded cabbage
2 scallions
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
Pad thai sauce
1 garlic cloves
1/4 cup / ½ dl (50 ml) sweet chili sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon chili flakes

Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Fry the tofu in oil until they are golden, add bean sprouts, cabbage and scallions. Cook for a few more minutes, add the noodles and stir around.

Finely chop the garlic, mix with sweet chili sauce, soy sauce and chili flakes. Pour over the sauce on the noodle mixture and mix well.

Top the noodles off with chopped peanuts, lime wedges and cilantro.
