Egg Halves

This recipe is part of the traditional Swedish “julbord,” which means Christmas table. We’ve created a healthier version with more nutrients and fewer calories!

Ingredients

8 servings

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 dl light quark 4%
  • ⅓  cup  shrimps
  • 2 tbsp fish roe
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs until they are hard-cooked.
  2. Peel and divide them into halves. Top them off with quark, shrimps, a little room, dill, salt and black pepper and a whole lotta fewer.
