Grate the cardamom seeds.
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Melt the coconut oil.
Add all the ingredients except the coconut flakes to a blender and mix until the ingredients are well combined. Let the dough swell for about 5 minutes.
Roll the dough into about 30 balls.
