Cardamom Treats

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 rolled oats
  • 20 fresh pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • a pinch flaky sea salt
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tbsp whole cardamom seeds
  • 1/3 cup coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Grate the cardamom seeds.

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Melt the coconut oil.

  4. Add all the ingredients except the coconut flakes to a blender and mix until the ingredients are well combined. Let the dough swell for about 5 minutes.

  5. Roll the dough into about 30 balls.

  6. Pour the coconut flakes into a bowl and roll the balls in the coconut until the surface is covered. Store the balls in the refrigerator.
