Beef Bowl with Avocado and Sour Cream

Bowls are pretty but don´t forget to mix it up, so you get all the flavors, protein, and healthy fats in one mouthwatering bite.

Ingredients

4 servings

  • 7 oz / 200 g red cabbage
  • 7 oz / 200 g iceberg lettuce
  • 2 avocado
  • 1 radish
  • 1 cup / 2 dl (200ml) sour cream
  • 1/2 cup / 1 dl (100 ml) cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • 21.1 oz / 600 g sliced beef
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Slice the red cabbage and the iceberg salad thin.
  2. Mash the avocados.
  3. Slice the radish thin.
  4. Peel and slice the onion.
  5. Pour oil into a frying pan, fry the sliced beef and the onion on high heat for a few minutes, add the spices and cook for a few more minutes.
  6. Cut the lime into wedges.
  7. Top the bowls with sour cream, lime, and cilantro.
