Ingredients

1 cauliflower head 16 oz (540 g)
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 1/2 tsp salt
8 whole wheat tortilla
2 cups /400 ml shredded red cabbage
1 ¼ cup / 300 ml shredded carrots
2 avocados
1 red chili pepper
1 tsp salt
1 lime
1 cup / 200 ml cilantro
3 tbsp coconut cream

Mix the cabbage and carrots together.

Finely chop the chili pepper and cut the avocado into cubes, mix with the salad.

Add lime juice, cilantro, and salt, and set aside.

Cut the cauliflower into small bouquets. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the cauliflower with the spices and salt on medium heat until the florets turn golden and soften.

Heat the tortilla bread and serve with the cauliflower, slaw, and top with coconut cream.
