Hi Lifesum users,

During this unprecedented time, we want our users to know that Lifesum is here to help you navigate nutrition through this period of uncertainty.

At our core, Lifesum’s mission is to improve lives through better eating. During a health crisis like this, eating a balanced, nutrient-rich diet is imperative to keep your immune system strong. There are no short-cuts – there is no superfood that will prevent you from getting sick or strengthen your immune system overnight. Consistently eating well is not easy, and it can be particularly difficult in times like this.

In addition to the resources we already provide in-app, like our diets, meal plans, and water tracker, our nutritionists, registered dietitians, and chefs are diligently working (at home) to help you navigate nutrition during this pandemic. They have compiled some useful nutrition tips, advice, and recipes ideas to help you stay healthy during these challenging times.

In the coming days and weeks, we will continue to create and share more content to help you maintain healthy eating habits during these challenging times. We’re all in this together, and we will all get through this together. Stay healthy, eat well, and wash your hands.
