If you like pina coladas, and getting caught in the rain…

It’s time for another #onefoodtwoways! This time it’s our favorite fruit: Pineapple. Honestly, there are tons of things you can do with pineapples, but we think these two ware the best. Give them a try and comment below to let us know what you think!

Pina Colada (virgin)
Combine cored and chopped frozen pineapple with coconut rice milk in a blender and then pour over crushed ice and serve

Tacos
Alternate small-medium size pieces of pineapple and shrimps on skewers and grill them, turning throughout. Serve in tortilla wraps with chopped avocado, finely chopped red onion and cilantro
