Spicy Shrimp and Zoodles

  • 3 Zucchini
  • 34 oz Raw peeled shrimp
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • 1 cup Paleo-friendly chicken stock
  • 4 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp Lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Sea salt


  1. Spiralize the zucchini or use a knife or a mandoline to cut the zucchini into thin strips.

  2. Smash the garlic and cut into smaller pieces, mix with the shrimp, optional spices like sea salt and chili flakes.

  3. Heat ghee in a saute pan on high heat, add the shrimp. Saute for a few minutes, add chicken stock and zucchini, and cook for a couple of more minutes.

  4. Ready to serve! Top this wonderful dish off with some fresh parsley and lemon zest to make it even tastier.
