Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon is an easy, delicious and healthy option to enjoy for lunch or dinner as the summer rolls on. In just a few simple steps, you can enjoy a meal that's full of the vitamins and minerals you need to feel good day to day.

Ingredients

  • 2lbs Salmon filet with skin
  • 1 Clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 3 tbsp Chopped dill
  • 3 tbsp Chopped thyme
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F/ 175°C.

  2. In a bowl add the minced garlic, fresh herbs, zest from 1 lemon, salt, and chili flakes and mix.

  3. Place the salmon on parchment paper, and add the herb mixture on top.

  4. Bake the salmon in the oven for 20 minutes until it has an inner temp around 125-131°F/ 52-55°C.

  5. Slice the lemon and serve on top.
