Preheat the oven to 350°F/ 175°C.
In a bowl add the minced garlic, fresh herbs, zest from 1 lemon, salt, and chili flakes and mix.
Place the salmon on parchment paper, and add the herb mixture on top.
Bake the salmon in the oven for 20 minutes until it has an inner temp around 125-131°F/ 52-55°C.
Slice the lemon and serve on top.
