Snacking is great for you, if you’re eating the right foods. Give this protein brownie a try if you’re feeling a little hungry. Pure chocolate love! <3

What you need:
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup / 60 g cocoa powder
1/3 cup / 1 dl unsweetened apple sauce
1 dl / 0.4 cup / 40 g vanilla casein protein powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp sugar free chocolate chips
Strawberries to garnish

What you do:
Preheat the oven to 175 C / 350 F / Gas Mark 4. Place bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, apple sauce and protein powder in a food processor and mix until smooth. Prepare a pan with coconut oil, pour in the batter and spread out evenly. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and place in the oven. Bake for 2-3 min until the chocolate chips have melted. Take the brownie out, spread out the chocolate and bake for another 15 min. Let cool and cut into 10 small pieces.
