How to Succeed on the Keto Diet

If you’re looking more to maintain your weight, a less restrictive form of keto might be the best option, where you still eat close to the normal macronutrient ratio. For those looking to lose weight slowly and sustainably, a medium-level keto is a great option, as while there are fewer carbs than for a weight-sustaining keto, it isn’t quite as restrictive as a strict keto, which requires strong restrictions of carbs and sees swifter changes as a result.
