White Bean Hummus

  • 500 g white beans, boiled
  • 100 ml water
  • Juice and zest from 0,5 lemon
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 medium sized cucumber, cut into sticks
  • 400 g sugar snaps


What you do:
Place white beans, water, lemon, salt and pepper in a food processor and mix into a smooth paste. Serve the fresh dip with cucumber sticks and sugar snaps.
