The sunny days aren’t over yet. Here’s something you can enjoy for the last few days of summer.

2 large servings (81 Cal per serving)

What you need:
18 oz (500 g) frozen watermelon, cut in large chunks
Juice from 1 lime

What you do:
Let the watermelon melt in a food processor or blender for 10-15 min, then mix until all the chunks are crushed, eventually adding a little water to make it easier to drink. Squeeze in the lime juice and pulse some more. Pour into glasses and drink with a straw!
