Not only that, but lemon is the perfect way to add freshness to any meal. Got fish? Squeeze a little lemon over it. Eating a salad, make a sauce of olive oil, salt and lemon juice. If lemon juice isn’t enough, you can also use lemon zest. Add it to pasta, breadcrumbs, mayo, ice-cream – pretty much anything.
