Peanut Butter Cups – No Carb Recipe

Homemade peanut butter cups? Ummmmm YES. Here’s the recipe you didn’t know you always wanted:

  • 4 servings


  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp granulated stevia
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1.5 tbsp cream cheese


What you do:
Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix. Transfer the mixture over to a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, take out, stir. Microwave for a few more seconds if needed otherwise divide into mini muffin forms and freeze for at least 30 min.
