A mozzarella of good quality together with the sweet juicy peach – you can’t stop thinking about it.

What you need:
2 peaches
150 g / 5 oz buffalo mozzarella
6 basil leaves
1 tbsp olive oil
A sprinkle of sea salt

What you do:
Slice the peaches thinly with a sharp knife, then do the same with the mozzarella. Layer peach, mozzarella, a basil leave, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
