Ingredients
4 cups of Chai Tea (Tea bag)
1 2/3 cup Steel cut oats
5 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
Fruit + berries for topping

Directions
Bring chai tea to a boil in a medium to large pot
Mix in the steel cut oats and leave them in the pot overnight
Split the oats into 5 mason jars
Add 1 scoop of whey protein powder to each jar and mix well
Top with any fruit or berries you’d like and take one to go
You’ve got four more mornings of power breakfasts ready to go in the fridge!
