Salad – remove the outer skin of the watermelon, chop it into cubes and place it in a bowl. Crumble feta cheese over the watermelon, drizzle with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and lemon zest, and garnish with mint. Eat!
Slushy – refrigerate the watermelon overnight at the back of the fridge, remove the outer skin of the watermelon, chop it into cubes and place it into a food processor, add halves strawberries, squeeze in lemon juice and blend. Serve immediately (you might need a spoon!)
What about the avocados ? Add ’em to the Salsa?
I think you’ve commented on the wrong recipe. There aren’t any avocados in this One Food Two Ways.
So nice food but recipe is so easy. I love it. I thing I will try it
