Virgin mojito – slice the pear, put ice cubes in the bottom of a glass, place the pear on top and add lime juice, honey, mint leaves and club soda.

Salad – slice the pears, slice fennel, combine in a bowl and add arugula, walnuts, and a little cheese of your choice (we chose feta). Drizzle with a mixture of olive oil, honey and salt and pepper.
