What you do:
Add almond flour, stevia and vanilla powder to a bowl. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave, add to the mixture and stir. Make sure it forms into a nice crumble. Divide the crumble evenly in the bottom of 10 small jars or glasses. Put cream cheese, stevia, vanilla powder, zest and juice from the limes in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer or add into a food processor and blend. Use a piping bag to divide the batter on top of the almond crumble. Whip the cream and add the sweetener. Add into a piping bag and divide the cream evenly on top of the cream cheese filling.
