Walk the Dog for Longer
Turn your regular 30-minute walk into a 45-minute one, take the long way round, or double-back on yourself to make the walk a little longer.
Clean Your House
Setting aside just 15 minutes to take care of a few household tasks like vacuuming, dusting, or wiping down the countertops can make a huge difference to your home and your body.
Do the Shower Workout Circuit
50 crunches, 50 jumping jacks, and 50 squats. Repeating for 15 minutes. You’ll be begging for a shower.
Carry your Groceries
Park the car at the far back of the lot and head in to shop for groceries, the walking and weight-lifting is perfect everyday exercise. Come on, you can do it!
