1 – Get moving

We’re pretty sedentary. We sit at work, and most times, even when we move, we’re sitting (thanks cars!). How about a little movement? It could be a 10-minute walk during your lunch break or some gentle yoga in the morning. It doesn’t have to be long, but incorporating exercise will make you feel better.

2 – Drink more water

Breakfast. The most important and somehow most overlooked meal of the day. It’s not so much that breakfast is good for you, as it is that starting the day in the right frame of mind will set the tone for the rest of the day. Eating a healthy, filling breakfast, will make you less likely to snack unnecessarily and empower you when it comes to making healthy food choices later in the day. It’s worth waking up a little earlier for!
