By now I’ve seen vanilla protein in some recipes and I am always wondering which protein I should buy. Do you have any recommendations?
We’d recommend a Whey Protein between 80 and 100. The numbers indicate how clean the protein is, so the closer you are to 100% the better as it means there is more protein and less carbohydrate and fat.
