Blueberry Oats with Mango & Kiwi

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup / 2 dl rolled oats
  • 2 cups / 4-5 dl water
  • ⅕ tsp salt
  • ⅖ cup / 1 dl blueberries
  • 1 mango (about 7 oz / 250 g)
  • 2 kiwi (about 5 oz / 150 g)

 

Directions:

  1. Add oats, water and salt into a saucepan. Bring to boil, while stiring. Let the oatmeal simmer for 2-5 minutes. Stir occasionally. You can dilute the porridge to the desired thickness.
  2. Add the blueberries to the oatmeal, and stir.
  3. Chop the kiwi and mango and add on top of the oatmeal.
