With Spring finally here, it’s the perfect time to whip up healthy alternatives for your usual sugary, fatty treats!

We decided to do a #onefoodtwoways Spring-special with almond milk!

Combine almond milk with peanut butter, plain yogurt, honey, and banana in a blender. Pour into popsicle molds, freeze for 1-1.5 hours, then add popsicle sticks and freeze until solid

Mix chocolate powder, frozen banana slices and almond milk in a blender, serve immediately

      Hi Cathy,

      We haven’t worked out the exact recipes so it depends on how much you’d like to make. For the popsicle it’s good to start by thinking about how many ounces of yogurt it’ll take to fill the popsicle molds. For the ice-cream, start with the bananas and then add a little almond milk at a time until you have a consistency you like.
