Protein Crepes with Vanilla Quark, Pineapple and Strawberries – Hunger No More Recipe

Survive the weekend on the Hunger No More Plan with these Protein Crepes <3 Can’t. Stop. Eating. We know. We’re sorry (-ish). Here’s the recipe:

  • 4 servings


  • 6 egg whites
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1,5 tbsp coconut oil
  • ⅔ cup / 200 g greek yogurt / quark
  • 1 scoop / 30 g vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp stevia
  • 0,5 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 cup / 200 g strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup / 200 g pineapple, chopped
  • ⅔ cup / 60 g walnuts


What you do:
Add the crêpe ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add one fourth of the batter, ensure that the batter is spread out thinly in the frying pan and fry on each side for 2 minutes. Continue with the rest of the batter. In a bowl combine greek yogurt, protein powder, stevia and vanilla. Garnish the crêpes with yogurt and fruit, roll up and top with some walnuts.
