To track an item, simply enter the food or brand you’re looking for in the app’s search field. Remember to chose the right serving size too. Don’t know the serving size? No problem. We have the normal serving sizes pre-entered as an option.
The best food tracking functionality in grocery stores or when buying take-out: Barcode scanning. Just open the barcode option and hold your camera above the code. The food item and its nutritional values will be added automatically.
All Lifesum recipes are available for direct tracking, without having to log ingredients one by one. Choose a recipe and click on “Add to diary” to track your meal.

This app is so much more than just counting calories, it also keeps in mind carbs, protein and fat while creating a personalized plan for you. The quiz at the beginning was so accurate and I’ve been eating so much better even after a couple days. Never thought I would be able to do it.
