Do you miss scrambled eggs? Make almost the same with tofu. Tip: Add some kala namak (black salt) for a taste which is similar to egg.

Use a fork to crumble the tofu.
Add oil to a frying pan, fry for a few minutes on high heat, add the turmeric. Season with salt and pepper.
Fry for a few more minutes.
Top with nutritional yeast.
Roast the rye bread and serve.
Garnish with chives.
