  • 3 1/2 Cups store-bought arrabiata tomato sauce
  • 12 Eggs
  • 6 oz Leek
  • 1 cup Frozen green peas
  • 1 1/2 Cups red lentils
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes

Instructions

  1. Boil the lentils according to the instructions on the package.

  2. Add the tomato sauce, leek, and peas into a pan or a casserole dish with a lid. When it's hot, crack the eggs on top and add some salt, chili flakes, and ground cumin.

  3. Cover the pan and cook on low until the egg whites set - about 5 minutes.
