Scrambled Eggs and Smoked Salmon

  • 8 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Ground black pepper
  • 12 slices (7 oz) Cold smoked salmon
  • 4 slices Whole-wheat bread
  • 4 tbsp Chives (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs in a small bowl, season with salt and pepper.

  2. Add the mixture into a nonstick frying pan on medium heat, stir until it's set.

  3. Top with chives and serve with the smoked salmon and bread.
