Place peanut butter and the pitted dates in a blender and mix until combined. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
Fold half of the puffed rice and chia seeds into the mixture. When fully combined, add the remaining amount and stir until combined.
Line a 20x 20 cm pan with parchment paper. Press the rice mixture into the pan, then place another paper on top and press it down, or just shape the mixture into a square on a piece of parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath or the microwave, pour it over the mixture and use a spatula to make an even layer. Sprinkle sea salt on top.
Leave to set in the fridge for one hour.
Cut into 10 squares and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
