Banana & walnut shake

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp walnut
  • 240 ml unsweetened plant-based milk
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • a pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and mix it smooth. If you prefer it to be colder, add ice or freeze the bananas.

  2. Spice it up with cinnamon and nutmeg and enjoy!
