Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sushi-grade salmon fillet
  • 14 oz Cauliflower rice
  • 4 small Whole avocados
  • 4 tbsp Sliced green onion
  • 4 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 4 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha hot chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Lime wedges
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Mix the green onions, sesame oil, lemon juice, Sriracha sauce, sesame seeds, and salt in a bowl.

  2. Cut the salmon into smaller pieces and add to the sauce mixture.

  3. Bring salted water to boil, add the cauliflower rice, and boil for about 1-2 minutes.

  4. Drain the cauliflower rice and serve in a bowl with the salmon, sliced avocado, cilantro, and a lime wedge.
