Cut the tomatoes and onion into smaller pieces, add oil, parsley and lemon zest.
Cut the zucchini into thicker slices, heat up a grill pan and grill the zucchini on both sides.
Grill the steaks on high heat in a grill pan to your preference (well done, medium, rare). Season with sea salt and pepper.
Let the meat rest for 5 minutes, serve with the veggies, and dig in!
